Exciting Blog News

Ok so this is a very exciting blog..where are all the bloggers? That kinda reminds me of the song.. where have all the cowboys gone? Ok so that makes no sense. Hmmm I'm not a blogger usually - but on here it looks like Chris and I are on the only ones. I guess maybe it helps to have a topic. I thought blogs were just for random thoughts and let me tell you - I have A LOT of those.

Encouragement

Hey peoples,

Another good book

Ok so, I've been reading "Wild at heart" by John Eldredge for probably the last 2 years. It's a really good book, the problem is, I've been reading about 5 different books for the last 2 years. I don't recommend it. It's easy to loose steam in reading any of them and usually I just quit. But anyway, I've approached "Wild at Heart" again recently and I'm FINALLY almost finished - but that's not why I'm writing about it. I wanted to share an exerpt from the book that really made me think..

Blue Like Jazz

I'm not sure how this blog thing works but I just really wanted to post something about the book Blue Like Jazz. I have to admit I didn't get to read the chapter before we met last night - huge slacker - I know. But.. I read it today - does that count?
